Do you create custom artwork? 
Absolutely! If you have an idea for a collaborative or commissioned piece please send us an email.
 

Are your brooches available as patches? 
Yes. Brooches are easily interchangeable with sew-on patches. If you would prefer to purchase a patch please make a note in your order and/or email us and we will happily convert it for you.
 

What materials do you use? 
Every brooch is hand made with real gold metal embroidery thread, silk thread, silk charmeuse, and finished with gold plated stainless steel locking bar pinbacks. 

Select embroideries have embellishments with garnet, sapphire, tourmaline, natural zircon, and fresh water pearls. Others have accents with fuzzy silk chenille thread and gold beads, spangles and accoutrements.
 

How do I take care of goldwork?
Like all natural metals, gold threads will darken over time. Keep the metal brightest by storing your artwork out of direct sunlight. To read more about caring for your artwork see Materials & Care.
 

What currency are your prices in? 
All prices are in Canadian dollars. 
 

Where do you ship from? 
We ship from Vancouver, B.C. and use Canada Post as our courier. Once your parcel reaches its destination country it will switch delivery providers to your location's main courier service.
 

I live in Vancouver too - can I pick up my order in person?
For sure, there is a local pick up option available at the check out for customers living within the Metro Vancouver area. Email us to make arrangements or be sure to leave a contact email and phone number with your order. 
 

How do I return or exchange something?
Please send all returns or exchanges back to the address written on the original parcel within two weeks of receiving your order. Once we have received your return we will re-ship the exchanged item or process a refund for the amount of the item purchased. All items must be returned unworn and intact with their original packaging.  For more info see Shipping & Returns.
